Return policy
Because orders are customized to your exact specifications, returns are generally not accepted. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 3 of receiving your order with proof of the defect (such as photos), and we will arrange for a replacement.

Cancellation / Refund policy
Order cancellations are accepted, but a graduated restocking fee will apply, depending on the progress of your order.
If payment has not been made, there will be no restocking fee.
If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, a restocking fee of up to 10% will apply in order to cover the costs associated with processing the order and accepting payment.
For orders with goods customized to your specifications, once production of the goods starts, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply in order to cover the costs associated with processing the order, accepting payment, and reselling the goods.
For orders for goods with no customization, once the goods are shipped out, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply in order to cover the costs associated with processing the order, accepting payment, and shipping the goods.
Once the goods are delivered, cancellation is no longer possible. Refer to the Return Policy.
Shipping Policy
We support shipping goods generally worldwide. You can choose to either let us handle freight from the factory at your cost, or you can handle it yourself.
The cost of shipping generally depends on the weight of the goods, the shipping service level, and the destination.
Shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks to the US, and 3-4 weeks to the EU. Economy shipping options that take 3-6 weeks are also available. Shipping delays are uncommon, but do happen. Please allow up to 2 months for delivery.
